The short version
- We tell you when tickets go on sale. We don’t sell tickets or take bookings.
- You buy directly from the official seller, under the seller’s own terms.
- We check sale times carefully, but they can change. Always confirm with the seller.
- Trip extras, such as hotels, are optional and booked directly with the partner.
- Some links earn us a commission. It never affects the price you pay.
- Our concept preview uses illustrative demo data, not real listings.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use BeTheFirst.com (“BeTheFirst”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle personal data and cookies is covered in our privacy policy.
What BeTheFirst does
BeTheFirst tracks ticket releases for gigs, festivals, DJ sets, club nights, sport, comedy and theatre. We show when tickets go on sale, count down to the moment they open and link you to the official seller. We also suggest optional extras for your trip, such as hotels near the venue, travel and parking, things to do, places to eat and festival kit, from partners including Booking.com, Trainline, Skyscanner, JustPark, GetYourGuide, OpenTable and Amazon.
We are not a ticket seller, agent or marketplace. We don’t sell tickets, take bookings, hold tickets on your behalf or handle payments.
Buying tickets and extras
When you follow a link to a seller or partner, you leave BeTheFirst. Any purchase or booking is made directly with that seller or partner and is governed by its own terms and conditions, including prices, booking fees, ticket limits, delivery, refunds and cancellations.
Your contract is with the seller or partner, not with us. For questions about an order, a booking, a refund or a change to an event, please contact the seller, partner or event organiser.
Trip extras are never selected for you. If you tick one, we show it as a link while you’re in the ticket queue; nothing opens or books by itself. Partner prices and availability are set by the partner and can change at any time.
Sale times and event information
We check sale times, presale details and event information against official sources, and show when each listing was last checked. But organisers and sellers can change times, add dates or move releases, sometimes at short notice, and tickets for popular events are not guaranteed.
Always confirm the sale time and details on the official seller’s site before you rely on them.
We can’t guarantee that information on BeTheFirst is complete or current at every moment, that tickets will be available, or that you’ll get through a seller’s queue.
Partner links and commission
Links to sellers and partners go through a short address on our own site (bethefirst.com/go/), which forwards you straight to the partner’s site. Some of them are affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission from the seller or partner, or its affiliate network. This is how BeTheFirst stays free to use.
The commission never affects the price you pay, and it doesn’t decide where we send you: we link to the official seller for each release.
Reminders and email updates
Reminders and launch updates are optional and free. Email sign-up isn’t live yet. When it is, you’ll be able to unsubscribe from any email in one click.
We’ll do our best to send reminders on time, but email can be delayed or filtered, so please don’t rely on a reminder alone for a release you can’t afford to miss.
Our concept preview
Our concept preview shows how BeTheFirst will work, using illustrative demo data. Artists, events, venues, dates, sale times and prices shown there are examples rather than real listings, and its ticket buttons show a short demo note instead of opening a seller’s site. Please don’t rely on it for real releases.
Artist, event, venue and seller names belong to their owners. Their appearance on BeTheFirst doesn’t mean they endorse us or are connected with us.

You’re welcome to use BeTheFirst for your own personal use. Please don’t:
