80s Alive at the Marrs Bar
The Marrs Bar · Worcester
80s Alive was born from a genuine love of the decade that gave us MTV, the Rubik’s Cube, VHS tapes and some of the greatest music ever recorded. Featuring three powerful vocalists alongside guitar, keyboards, bass, drums and all those unmistakable 80s sounds, 80s Alive faithfully recreates the energy, excitement and atmosphere of this unforgettable era. From the anthems of Blondie, Toto, Tears for Fears, The Police and Pat Benatar to Erasure, Depeche Mode, Bon Jovi, The Human League, Talking Heads, Kim Wilde, The Pretenders, Kate Bush and many more, this is a show packed with hit after hit. Prepare to be transported back to the days of big hair, shoulder pads, BMX bikes, cassette tapes and Saturday mornings in front of the television. Before the internet, smartphones and social media took over our lives, music brought people together—and the 80s delivered some of the very best. With a focus on outstanding songs, legendary performers and authentic musicianship, 80s Alive is more than just a tribute to a decade—it's a celebration of a time when music was bold, exciting and unforgettable.
