METAL 2 THE MASSES LONDON 2027 – YOUR VOTE COUNTS! Four bands. Two places in the Quarter Finals. One step closer to playing the New Blood Stage at Bloodstock Open Air Festival in August 2027. The journey starts here, and you can help decide who takes the next step. HOW IT WORKS Each advance ticket counts as one vote for your chosen band, with a percentage of advance ticket sales going directly back to the band to provide financial support. You then get a chance to vote again on the night, at no extra charge. Our panel of judges, representing London’s alternative music scene, holds 50% of the overall vote. The remaining 50% is in the hands of YOU, THE AUDIENCE. You should arrive for 7pm and watch all four bands as you will vote for two of them. Every ticket helps support the bands and the local underground metal scene. Get behind your favourites and help them take the next step towards Bloodstock 2027! Presented by Monsta Ents. Proudly sponsored by Tama Drums, Toxico Clothing, Raven Records, Iron Imperium, Temple of the Cat and Rage & Melodies. Hosted at The Dev, Camden. All enquiries: [email protected]

Duncan Maitland & Nick Haeffner

The Betsey Trotwood · London

Two critically acclaimed singer/songwriters/sonic adventurers on the Dimple Discs label perform quirky, melodic, psychedelic influenced original songs. Think XTC meets Kevin Ayers meets The Beach Boys. Duncan Maitland is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and engineer known for his melodious, soft psych songwriting. This is the launch for his long-awaited second album, ‘Chamberling’, the follow up to his much loved 2010 album Lullabies for the 21st Century. Nick Haeffner has released four solo albums and contributed to many others. Jon Savage has described his music as ‘reminiscent of the best English psychedelia’ while Alan Moore called him ‘one of this country’s most wonderful secret voices’.
