Flamy Grant

Green Note · London

Call her a drag queen, call her a musician, call her an entertainer — but trust: you will call her. Flamy Grant is a trailblazing artist from Asheville, North Carolina. No matter the category, she sets stages ablaze with blistering vocals, bold looks, brilliant songwriting, and brave storytelling. Flamy made drag history in 2023 when her debut album Bible Belt Baby reached #1 on the iTunes Christian music charts, earning her headlines in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, Billboard, People, and more. Too big for just one genre, Flamy snatched a 2026 International Folk Music Award nomination for Best Album for her sophomore record CHURCH — which also hit #8 on the iTunes Country charts. Here are just a few more of the accolades tucked away in Flamy’s makeup kit: 2025 Asheville Fringe Arts Festival winner for Audience Favorite for her solo comedy cabaret show “Apocalypse WOW!” 2025 International Folk Music Award nominee for Best Artist 2024 Queerty Awards nominee for Drag Royalty 2023 Kerrville Folk Festival winner for the New Folk Songwriting Competition 2023 QueerX Award nominee for Best Drag Artist Named one of the Top Ten Queer Country albums of the year in both 2024...

Nina Freckles

Green Note · London

Nina Freckles writes songs like little letters to her younger self — honest, thoughtful and always with a touch of humor. Her lyrics tell intimate stories of coming-of-age, self reflection and deep empathy. The German-Brazilian songwriter effortlessly blends folk, soul and pop into a genre-defying sound. Inspired by artists such as Joni Mitchell or Sara Bareilles, she pairs delicate harmonies with driving rhythms and a voice that feels both vulnerable and strong. Where others might drift into pathos, Nina stays grounded and genuine — as if she were inviting the audience straight to her kitchen table. After releasing her self-produced debut EP “How Many People Can I Be?“ (May 2025), the independent artist celebrated with a sold-out release concert in Hanover, her city of residence and earned placements on German radio stations including SR 2 KulturRadio, Radio Fritz (rbb), Radio Hannover, Leibniz FM, and TIDE Radio. In September 2025, she and her band successfully completed their first club tour across nothern Germany. Recently she released a live video series called “Building a Home Sessions”, embedding her songs in a uniquely cinematic and intimate setting. A “Nina F...

An intimate evening with Richard Shindell

Green Note · London

***NB: This show is mixed seating and standing. Seating is limited and available on a first come first served basis.*** Richard Shindell lives as both an immigrant and emigrant, crossing thresholds, that informs his illumination of the human experience through narrative song. Shindell has inhabited a Zen Buddhist monastery, busked in the streets of Paris, opened for Joan Baez (who covered several of his songs), and collaborated with Grammy-winner Larry Campbell (Bob Dylan, Levon Helm, Elvis Costello). Originally from New York, now living in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Shindell is a writer whose songs paint pictures, tell stories, juxtapose ideas and images, inhabit characters, vividly evoking entire worlds along the way and expanding our sense of just what it is a song may be. Meticulously recorded over three years in New York and Buenos Aires, his most recent release, Careless, offered an ambitious, luxurious, full-length statement. Shindell immersed himself in the studio, allowing the time and latitude to explore, experiment, take risks—to play—as each of these eleven songs was given form and substance. While his signature acoustic guitar style is used to good effect, Careless a...
