Robert Vincent

The Gregson Arts & Community Centre - The Hall · Lancaster

'The moment he started to sing I knew that this was something special' Bob Harris OBE (BBC Radio 2) It is Vincent's powerful and soulful voice that has continually attracted acolytes such as Bob Harris, Paul Carrack, Robert Plant and Mary Chapin Carpenter. Announced as winner of UK Song of The Year at the UK Americana Music Association Awards 2025 for his track 'Follow What You Love & Love Will Follow' alongside a highly coveted nomination for UK Artist of The Year, Robert Vincent continues to enthral audiences and critics alike, showing his versatility as both a solo performer and with a full band. Most recently receiving the invitation to support Robert Plant & band Saving Grace across their UK and European Tour dates, there is an ever-growing excitement surrounding Robert Vincent, his captivating live performances and his new album. The Liverpool singer/songwriter released his fourth studio album 'Barriers' in June 2024 to critical acclaim spending multiple weeks in the Country Music Charts nestled between Beyonce and Taylor Swift - but it was reaching the top 10 of both the Independent Album Chart and Record Store Chart that really gave Vincent reason to celebrate, with critics...

Seamus Fogarty

The Gregson Arts & Community Centre - The Hall · Lancaster

London-based alt-folk alchemist Seamus Fogarty released new album Ships to critical acclaim earlier this year via Scottish label Lost Map Records, and Swedish label Sing A Song Fighter. Since then, he has enjoyed widespread coverage across BBC6Music (“Fantastic!” Guy Garvey) and recorded a live session for Gideon Coe & Marc Riley, while BBC Radio 3’s Elizabeth Alker lauded the album’s mix of electronica, German avant-garde and Irish folk inspiration, summing it up neatly “It’s robotic, and it’s got soul’’. Is it any wonder Cillian Murphy has proclaimed Seamus to be ‘one of my favourite artists around at the moment'? Augmenting his performances with a range of analog synths and drum machines and a stellar cast of supporting musicians, including multi-instrumentalist Emma Smith (Pulp, Beth Gibbons) and drummer Aram Zarikian (Grass Cut, Peaky Blinders), his live shows are no less ambitious and have seen him traveling around the UK both in a headline capacity and as an opening act on sold out shows & tours for fellow artists Lisa O’Neill, Katherine Priddy and This is the Kit. He also played to huge audiences on the Garden Stage at End Of The Road Festival, Green M...
